What Does KVSTR Mean? Defining The Letters

Раз уж это пека проблем тред,то было ли у кого такое?
Купил новую материнку все подключил шиндовс не переустанавливал и вот режиме выбора пользователей клавиатура и мышь тупо не реагируют,хотя подсветка работает.
В начальных режимах загруки/биосы/безопасном режиме все работает нормально.

Скорее всего глючит планка памяти. Или жесткий диск. Слышал, что такое бывает, если процессор вставить криво. Прогони комп загрузочным диском/флешкой с memtest86.
