The only thing that worked for me was turning my inner monologue/thoughts off. Another hack i use very often is i pretend, like in a game, that i'm actually a villain and i want to make people believe that i'm a good specialist and know how to do shit. Even though i actually never plan to destroy anything or do any kind of harm, that helps me to deal with anxiety and self-sabotage.

Honestly i don't even fucking care about coding, i just want to have enough money to sustain myself and to live a decent life, and programming seems like the only reasonable choice for me. Beats working in a fucking McDonalds or slave away at some factory.

There are such opportunities even in accounting and finance - as so I am there myself - it's pretty dumb to force yourself to do something especially in case you are free to choose an alternative.

You can cry yourself to sleep every night questioning whether you're really good enough for <insert task>. Clearly this will do you no favors in helping to master the skill you're learning. I'd say, a better, more productive approach is to not worry whether you're going to be good enough or whether you will succeed, but instead do your best and see how far you can take it. Gauge progress by comparing where you are today to yourself from yesterday or whatever timeframe you're using and shoot for continuous incremental improvement, no matter how minor.

For example? I can't think of anything that gives similar opportunities as a programming job. You can work remotely from home, you don't have to do any physical labor and all work happens in front of a computer screen. I don't know any other job that allows you that.

Если это какой-нибудь веб-фреймворк - делай проект, например смотрелку ютуба для двоих где один может управлять видео(ну или вообще комнату для просмотра фильмов, можешь свои фильмы транслировать, на этой хуйне ты уже 150% технологий получишь достаточных). Если это мобилки - делай любое приложение, трекер спорта, читалку, ну легко найти по запросу топ 10 проджектс фо бегиннер. Сложности будут лишь с девопсовством может быть или эмбедом и то врядли, все эмулируется

Там такие нереальные долбоёбы сидят, что охуеваю даже я, вкатун без опыта (речь не о задаваемых ими вопросах по теме кодинга, а о высказываемых идеях и тезисах). И даже вот эти умственные инвалиды ходят на собесы, и их раз в полнолуние даже берут на работу. Сразу и самооценка повышается, и страх пропадает.

But i don't see anything very surprising in the fact that they're learning Russian. After all, there are people out there who learn very obscure language, on contrast with them Russian learners don't seem that strange at all.
