Please do not PISHI TRANSLITOM and use Russian like a blyadskiy Russian occupant Ivan or Boris, otherwise configure a fucking xkb.
According to your fancy log viewer you have an error during sector access. Please provide us full output of dmesg (kernel message buffer).

At the same time, your SMART gives you "It's OK" output. Try to rerun long SMART test using:
smartctl -t long /dev/sda

After 20 minutes though run:
smartctl -a /dev/sda

And give us full SMART output.

But before making any assumptions try to change a SATA port on your motherboard and the SATA cable and check if it helps to solve the problem. Try to randomly access data on your hard drive. I recommend you to use the Victoria realmode HDD test from DOS in order to get more results.
